Our verdict

GGPoker is an Ontario poker room and the AGCO-registered home of the WSOP brand (it launched as WSOP.ca in 2022). Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours, or up to 72 hours at busy times. The catch is that this is a poker-first product with a bolted-on casino, and trust signals are weak. Its Ontario-specific independent safety rating is 4.9, Low. The global brand's player review rating is 1.3 out of 5, with complaints about withdrawals and account closures. The deposit match is built for grinders, releasing only as you pay poker rake.

Best forOntario poker players who want regular tournaments, freerolls and cash games

Pros

An Ontario poker room from the owner of the World Series of Poker brand, with big tournament series
Interac, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and MuchBetter for both deposits and withdrawals
A real casino section behind the poker room, with live dealer tables and a few GGVegas exclusives
AGCO-registered and operating under an iGaming Ontario agreement (OPIG1231707), with games tested by BMM Testlabs

Cons

Ontario-specific independent safety rating is 4.9, Low; the global player review rating is 1.3 out of 5
Welcome bonus is poker rake-based: the C$777 match unlocks C$1 per C$5 of rake and expires in 90 days
A flat C$1 fee on every withdrawal, which is unusual for a regulated Ontario site
No crypto, no per-game RTP available, and the casino is secondary to the poker product
