The regulator issued a warning and a SEK 9,000,000 sanction fee. On November 29, 2024, the Administrative Court in Linköping upheld the warning and found the breaches serious, but cut the fee to SEK 4,000,000 because they were not extensive enough for a fee in the upper part of the range.
